Industry and Corporate Operations
The corporation's current operational direction will be centered around moon mining. Our operations will be driven by this direction - defense of a POS, projection of force, exploration, salvaging, etc
Missions and Complexes
Members with access to high-level agents should make a list of those agents and the systems they are in and post this on the forums. We will use this information to help plan corporate operations. If you like to mine, make a list of your favorite mining locations, what sort of ore is there, etc., and we run mining missions as well.
Corporate Membership Benefits
Our tax rate is 30%. Some may feel that this is quite high, but we provide a very comprehensive set of benefits.
1. We will cover at least 30% of the cost of getting members into the first ship of a given class.
- We require that members are out of their recruitment probationary period before taking advantage of this benefit.
- For capship pilots, the benefit is slightly different(Interview Required)
2. We'll cover 100% of the cost of ships lost due to sanctioned corporate or fleet action. We won't cover Faction/Deadspace modules
3. We may provide "standard" fleet fittings for operations, which may include a significant number of T2 modules.
4. We will NOT, however, cover the cost of ships lost due to individual actions, or disobeying FC orders during fleet/corporate operations. Directors will have discretion in this matter.
5. The corporate leadership will provide a number of skill training trees required for divisional responsibilities. We will cover the cost of skill books for skills required for divisional duties.
Corporate Code of Conduct
1. Anyone asking for Parlay shall receive Parlay (Parlay = Request to Talk. If you are killing someone and they request an audience you must grant it (keep them scrammed by all means and if they are using it just as a delay KILL/POD them)
2. Everyone has a vote - Everyone gets at least 1 share upon joining KSD - except alts, unless your alt plays just as much as your main.
3. Anyone found stealing, skimming, pocketing, looting or generally taking from the corp. will be killed and POD' on sight no questions asked
4. No Smack EVER – Punishable by death on sight
5. Positive (Blue +) standings are to be observed at ALL TIMES(Unless you can prove without a doubt that they fired first). Anyone found engaging a Blue will be first killed and POD' on sight then kicked from the corp.
6. You must have at least one PvP Ship fitted and ready for action in The Knights areas of opertations at all times regardless of size.
- You must also have a Jump Clone installed in The Knights areas of operations for rapid response.
7. If there is a dispute amongst corporate members (that can not be resolved fairly) then it shall be settled with T1 Unnamed Frigates at 20 km's (PODing NOT-allowed) - Must have Director Approval
8. If you Smack talk another Corporate Member then you must face them in a T1 Unnamed Frigate at 20km's (PODing allowed) - Must have Director Approval
9. Deserting your fellow brethren in battle unless the FC calls for a retreat is punishable by death.
10. Attacking Defenceless targets unless Negative Red is punishable by death.
11. All targets that can actively defend themselves against your ship class is free to engage unless they are + Blue (A Frigate is not a viable target versus a Battleship) - Attacking targets that are considered outclassed (unless negative red) is punishable by PODing on sight.

We have a military-style rank structure which will help us compartmentalize responsibilities and give us some sort of ladder system that we can use to incentivise participation and reward achievements. This is subject to some slight tweaks, but the basic structure is complete:

Our divisional structure allows people to participate in whichever way they like - we have divisions that handle various responsibilities from PvP to industry and diplomacy.
We are going heavily into industry (T2 component manufacturing), but our organization and divisional structure fosters all interests, from mission running to plexing, mining, trade and PVP as needed.
